One of my favourite things to eat are oreos! The next are truffles! And since it's summer, I have to have cream cheese in practically everything so after combining all these things together, we get the delicious and easy oreo cheesecake truffles! 

These are the perfect treat for summer cause they're best chilled and super delish to make for a summer backyard party or afternoon snack. 

Now  I don't know about you but I love me some chocolate chip cookies. And when I found the recipe for the mouth watering chocolate chip cookie cream pie, I nearly died and went to heaven (before I tasted it. After I tasted it, I did die and go to heaven!). With a firm, chocolate chip cookie dough base, layers of whipped cream on top and a mini chocolate chip cookie on top, it's the most amazing baked dessert I've had. 

The no bake Oreo cookie fudge is probably one of the nicest, sweet treats I've had in a while. The small, bite sized portions it can be cut into and the sweet flavour make it perfect as a pick me up at the end of  a long, hard day. The best thing about it is that it only requires three ingredients to make and will probably last you 1-2 weeks. Plus it is no bake meaning you don't have to worry about leaving it in the oven too long and burning it (which has happened to me before. More times than I'd like to admit!)
