Hard to believe it's going to be September! I feel like it was just yesterday that I was writing a to be read list for August. But the good thing about a brand new month is brand new books to read, which is always exciting!

I have a lot of TBRs this month and I don't know if I'll stick to the list or be able to read them all but we shall see! Also, stay tuned for book reviews for most of these books, which will come after I read them!

THE WRATH AND THE DAWN BY RENEE AHDIEH DUOLOGY 

I am so so so so so excited for this one! I have heard such lovely things from everyone. The blurb seems so interesting and I quite like how it's diverse. It is also a retelling of an Arabic fairy tale called A Thousand And One Nights which sounds extremely intriguing. It also helps that the cover is GORG! The second book in the series which I also plan to read is The Rose And The Dagger with many novellas published alongside.


THE RAVEN CYCLE BY MAGGIE STIEFVATER

This series is one I've been wanting to read for a while but haven't been able to. I've heard it's lovely and I've read Stiefvater's other book (which may also be a series, can't remember), Shiver, which was also quite awesome and intriguing. The Raven Cycle has four books, The Raven Boys, Dream Thieves, Blue Lily Lily Blue and The Raven King.


THE UNEXPECTED EVERYTHING BY MORGAN MATSON 

You may have seen my borderline hysterical tweets of me gushing over this book when it arrived in my mail because I was so excited to read it. I talked about this in my Intimidating TBR tag post too! This is one that I have heard such lovely things about and IT HAS DOGS ON IT! It's also summery and cute and I can't wait to dive in.

I have read Matson's other book, Since You've Been Gone which  I did like so I have high expectations for this one. I have done a book review on Since You've Been Gone which you can check out if you wish to!

THE DARKEST MINDS BY ALEXANDRA BRACKEN 

Another book I have heard amazing things about but I know absolutely nothing about this book so I am totally going in blind. But I hope to be pleasantly surprised! It seems very intriguing and is one of the books everyone is always buzzing about so fingers crossed.


SIMON VS THE HOMO SAPIENS AGENDA BY BECKY ALBERTALLI 

I have seen a whole bunch of people reading this book on Instagram and when I heard it was supposedly the 'love child of John Green and Rainbow Rowell' of course I had to pick it up. The blurb also made me laugh and had me feeling it would be a funny book, which is a nice change from the fantasy and sad contemporary books I always seem to be reading.

ANNA AND THE FRENCH KISS SERIES BY STEPHANIE PERKINS 

I have read Anna And The French Kiss but I haven't read the next two books Lola And The Boy Next Door and Isla And The Happily Ever After which both seem fun and romantic reads. To be honest, I don't have very high expectations because while I liked the first book, I didn't love it but hopefully I'll be wrong.


THE POTION DIARIES BY AMY ALWARD 

This seems like such a fun and chill book that's cute and relaxing and perfect for winding down time. I also absolutely adore the beautiful front cover and have heard that it is a pretty good book! Pretty exciting stuff!


That is a grand total of 12 books (when you count the books in the series) which is a lot and I am probably not going to be able to read that much but never say never right? What are some of your TBRs this month? Let me know in the comments!
